Kyogre ex (Japanese: カイオーガ ex Kaiorga ex) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon card. It was released as one of the Pokémon USA Black Star Promos.

Release information

In Japan, this card was released as one of the ADV-P Promotional cards in the January 2003 issue of CoroCoro magazine. It was later reprinted as a holographic ADV-P Promotional card and awarded to participants of the regional Spring 2003 Battle Road tournaments. The English release of this card was distributed in the October 2003 issue of Nintendo Power magazine. In Australia, the card was distributed in an issue of the kids magazine, K-Zone. All of these promotions were released alongside Groudon ex.
