A Kindler (Japanese: キャンプファイヤー Campfire) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation III games. They are depicted as men in aprons carrying a pair of flaming torches.

They specialize in a combination of Template:Type2 and Template:Type2 Pokémon: Fire-types to start a fire, and Water-types to douse it. The Fire-type normally is rather a Slugma or a Numel. The Water-type is normally a Wingull.
