Khoury's father

Khoury's father (Japanese: カズナリの父 Kazunari's father) is a recurring character who first appeared in An Egg Scramble!.

He, his son and Lyra traveled to Sinnoh and set up the Johto Festival in order to get Sinnoh Trainers interested in the Johto region. He also hoped that Khoury would gain some valuable information on Sinnoh Pokémon and was in charge of the MooMoo Milk stand. He gave Ash, Dawn, and Brock some ice cream made from MooMoo Milk. Later, he judged the battle between Dawn's Piplup and Lyra's Chikorita during the festival.

Near the end of the episode, Lyra and Khoury persuade him to let them travel with Ash and his friends for a while, with Lyra wanting to see the Lilypad Contest and Khoury wanting to learn more about breeding from Brock.

Before returning to Johto with Lyra and Khoury in Bagged Then Tagged!, he gave a Pokégear to Brock.
