Undubbed character This article is about a character featured in the Pokémon anime who has not yet debuted in the English language dub.
As such, their information may contain romanized Japanese names, rather than dub names.

Kaiser

(Japanese: カイザー Kaiser) is the Safari Zone warden and a character of the day in the banned episode EP035. He is largely responsible for the banning of this episode everywhere outside of Japan for pointing a gun in Ash Ketchum's face. As the episode only aired in Japan, he does not have an English name.

A photo of Kaiser long ago with Dratini

He appears to be a very threatening man towards everybody who enters the Safari Zone. However, this is only because he wants to protect a Dratini from poachers. Unfortunately, he was captured by Team Rocket, and using various tactics, they forced him to give away the location of the Dratini.

Later on, he finds his Dratini friend and sees that it had evolved into Dragonair and had children of its own.
