Only two of her henchmen are shown to have their own Pokémon. These particular henchman catalog all of the Pokémon J has stolen and they appear to be the most important of them. One of them used a {{p|Golbat}} to {{pkmn|battle}} [[Ash's Pikachu]] before Ash, [[Jessie]] and [[James]] attempted to sneak off J's airborne base after rescuing Pikachu, [[Team Rocket]]'s {{MTR}} and [[Melodi]]'s Gardevoir. Some of them were captured by [[Officer Jenny]] at the end of their first appearance. The ones that weren't captured appeared in ''[[DP045|Ill-Will Hunting!]]''. In this episode, the other important henchman appeared, also using a Golbat to fight Pikachu.

J's first set of henchmen

J's henchmen are men who help Pokémon Hunter J in her crimes. They first appeared in Mutiny in the Bounty!.

Only two of J's henchmen are shown to have their own Pokémon. These particular henchmen catalog all of the Pokémon J has stolen and they appear to be the most important among them. One of them used a Golbat to battle Ash's Pikachu before Ash, Jessie and James attempted to sneak off J's airborne base after rescuing Pikachu, Team Rocket's Meowth and Melodi's Gardevoir. Some of these henchmen were captured by Officer Jenny at the end of their first appearance. The ones that weren't captured appeared in Ill-Will Hunting!. In this episode, the other important henchman appeared, also using a Golbat to fight Pikachu.

These same henchmen also appeared in Pokémon Ranger and the Kidnapped Riolu! Part One and Part Two, where more of their Pokémon appeared. They appeared once more in Pillars of Friendship!, with even more of their Pokémon.

J's henchmen use these Golbat occasionally in battles. They first debuted in Mutiny in the Bounty!, where one was used to battle against Ash's Pikachu. A Golbat also appeared in Ill-Will Hunting!, where it was again used to battle against Pikachu. It also battled with Gary's Umbreon, but was tricked along with its Trainer to attack a Beedrill hive, releasing multiple Poison Bee Pokémon upon itself and its Trainer.

Golbat's known moves are Steel Wing, Supersonic, Wing Attack and Air Cutter.

J's henchmen's Crobat appeared in Pokémon Ranger and the Kidnapped Riolu! (Part 1), where they were used in order to capture the Aura Sphere Riolu. They where also sent against Ash and his friends who were trying to protect Riolu. Crobat were eventually tied by the String Shot of an Ariados which Kellyn had captured with his Capture Styler.

Crobat's only known move is Wing Attack.

J's henchmen's Sharpedo were used to attack Ash, his friends, and Kellyn, when they were trying to get the Aura Sphere Riolu back to the Lucario Kingdom. They were defeated by Ash's Pikachu's Thunderbolt.

Sharpedo's only known move is Aqua Jet.
