Hyper Voice (Japanese: ハイパーボイス Hyper Voice) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.

Effect

Hyper Voice inflicts damage and has no secondary effect. Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof will not be affected by this move.

Hyper Voice hits all opposing Pokémon in Double Battles. In a Triple Battle, Hyper Voice will only hit opposing adjacent Pokémon.
