Super Smash Bros. series
In Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee, Blastoise, a Poké Ball Pokémon, uses Hydro Pump to damage and push away opposing fighters. There are multiple blasts and they can not be reflected.

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Hydro Pump appears as Greninja's up special move. Greninja propels itself using two Hydro Pumps, which can also push opponents back. Since there are two Hydro Pumps, Greninja can move in two different directions if two directions are inputted.
In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Squirtle uses Hydro Pump as part of Pokémon Trainer's Final Smash; Final Smash.<br> Kyogre also uses Hydro Pump to push enemies away without damaging them when released from a Poké Ball.

UNITE
In Pokémon UNITE, Hydro Pump is Blastoise's first move. It is obtained by evolving into Wartortle stage at level 5 and upgrading Water Gun into it instead of Water Spout. The user shoots a large amount of water; damaging, knocking back, and stunning enemies hit for .5s. At level 11, its damage increases.
Monopoly: Pokémon Exclusive Kanto Edition
In the exclusive edition of Monopoly: Pokémon Kanto Edition, Hydro Pump is the Power Card belonging to Squirtle. Once per game, the player using Squirtle may remove the Poké Marts or Pokémon Center on a specific property. The player those buildings belonged to receives half the price of building them from the bank.

Trivia
Trivia
* Kabuto and Kabutops learn Hydro Pump only in Generation I. As of Generation II, they are no longer able to learn this move by any means.
* The move's name is incorrectly formatted as Hydropump in several Pokémon in the United States promos.
* Lugia is the only non-Water to learn Hydro Pump by level-up, with the exception of Castform who can be a Water-type.
* In 3D games before X and Y, when Blastoise uses this move two streams are fired at the target, whereas every other Pokémon only has one stream. Starting in Pokémon X and Y, Blastoise only has one stream. This was changed to two in The Indigo Disk DLC for Scarlet and Violet.
** Bagon is the only non-Water-type to learn Hydro Pump through breeding.
* Since Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, the move has the same sound effect as it originally did in Generation I.
* In all 3D games, Hydro Pump is represented as a thick blast of water. When any Pokémon uses it, a single stream is shown, however, when Blastoise uses this move, two streams are fired at the target.
* The way Ash's Squirtle uses Hydro Pump in the anime is a reference to Gamera's spinning flight.

Super Smash Bros. series

Kyogre using Hydro Pump in Super Smash Bros. Brawl

In Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee, Blastoise, a Poké Ball Pokémon, uses Hydro Pump to damage and push away opposing fighters. There are multiple blasts and they can not be reflected.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U, Blastoise is replaced with Kyogre; however, Kyogre's water blasts do not damage opponents.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Squirtle uses Hydro Pump as part of Pokémon Trainer's Final Smash, Triple Finish.

Squirtle using Hydro Pump as part of Triple Finish

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS/Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Hydro Pump appears as Greninja's up special move. Greninja propels itself using two Hydro Pumps, which can also push opponents back. Since there are two Hydro Pumps, Greninja can move in two different directions if two directions are inputted.

Pokémon UNITE

In Pokémon UNITE, Hydro Pump is Blastoise's first move. It is obtained by evolving into Wartortle stage at level 5 and upgrading Water Gun into it instead of Water Spout. The user shoots a large amount of water; damaging, knocking back, and stunning enemies hit for .5s. At level 11, its damage increases.

Monopoly: Pokémon Exclusive Kanto Edition

Once per game, the player using Squirtle may remove the Poké Marts or Pokémon Center on a specific property. The player those buildings belonged to receives half the price of building them from the bank.
