Trivia

  • Howl and Charge are the only Generation III moves that raise an individual stat by one stage.
    • However, Charge's stat-raising effect was not present in Generation III, being added in Generation IV.
  • The only non-Generation III Pokémon able to learn Howl by leveling up are Houndour and Houndoom.
