Route 130 (Japanese: 130ばんすいどう Sea Route 130) is a short water route located in southeast Hoenn. The eastern terminus of the route is at Route 129. The western terminus is at Route 131. At first glance, the route does not contain any items of interest, but under certain circumstances, the pathway is home to Mirage Island.
Route description
From Route 129, Route 130 maintains an east-west alignment for its entire length. Only two trainers (three in Emerald) reside on the route, making the task of traversing the pathway that much easier.
On certain days, Mirage Island, a large landmass, will appear in the middle of Route 130.

Trivia
- Route 130 bears several similarities to Route 230 in Sinnoh: both route numbers end in 30, they are both east-west water routes with no north or south exits, and both contain an island with grass, stairs, and a place to plant berries. Also, on both routes, this island is the only place to encounter a certain baby Pokémon in the wild (Wynaut in Hoenn, Togepi in Sinnoh). However, in Route 130's case, Mirage Island isn't always there.
