This card was included in the {{TCG|Team Rocket}} expansion as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil, first released in the {{TCG|Rocket Gang}} expansion where it was only released as a Holofoil card. It was later reprinted as a {{TCG|Supporter card}} in the {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion with new artwork by [[Ken Sugimori]], originating from the {{TCG|Rocket Gang Strikes Back}} expansion. For the {{TCG|Expansion Pack 20th Anniversary}} during the [[Generation VI]] XY Era, it was reprinted featuring the original artwork and an updated card template reminiscent of the Original Era layout.
The card was later reprinted as a {{TCG|Supporter card}} in the {{TCG|EX Team Rocket Returns}} expansion. This print added the Supporter card clause above the effect text:
