Heal Pulse (Japanese: いやしのはどう Healing Wave) is a non-damaging Psychic-type move introduced in Generation V.
Effect
Generation V
Heal Pulse restores up to 50% of the target's maximum HP. It will fail if the target's HP stat is already full or if it is behind a Substitute. Heal Pulse can hit non-adjacent targets in Triple Battles.
Generation VI
Heal Pulse restores up to 75% of the target's maximum HP rather than the usual 50% when used by Pokémon with the Ability Mega Launcher.
