Haruno (Japanese: ハルノ Haruno) is a character of the day in Turning Over a New Bayleef. Her English name was not revealed, therefore this article will refer to her by her Japanese name.

Haruno is the keeper of a garden who took in Ash's Bayleef after she temporarily ran away from Ash. She cares much about her Pokémon and advised Ash to satisfy Bayleef's needs. She was very glad that Bayleef decided to return to Ash.

		Haruno's Machoke helps out in her herb garden. It first appeared picking some flowers for its owner by the riverside. Machoke notices a Bayleef and helps it to their home where it gives Bayleef some food. They all then go out into the garden and play. Later Team Rocket captures Bellossom, Skiploom, Bayleef and Pikachu, Haruno tries to stop them but Machoke prevents her from being crushed. In the end all the Pokémon are saved. None of its moves are known.

		Haruno's Bellossom helps out in her herb garden. It first appeared where it became good friends with a Bayleef after its owner saved it. They then all go out into the garden and play. Later Team Rocket captures it along with Skiploom, Bayleef and Pikachu . In the end all the Pokémon are saved. None of its moves are known.

		Haruno's Skiploom helps out in her herb garden. It first appeared where it became good friends with a Bayleef after its owner saved it. Then when Ash enters the garden Skiploom prevents him from stepping on the flowers. Skiploom then helps water the flowers with Bayleef. Later Team Rocket captures it along with Bellossom, Bayleef and Pikachu. In the end all the Pokémon are saved. None of its moves are known.
