Happy Outlook (Japanese: しあわせみさき Happy Cape) is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is unlocked by accepting a job that has a "???" for the dungeon name or by finding it on the bottom of a glass in Spinda's Café in Explorers of Sky. The dungeon consists of 20 floors, of which the last floor has one Deluxe Box and a Warp Zone to take the player out of it. Latias is found here, but will only appear if the player has the Mystery Part or Secret Slab in the bag.

On the fifteenth floor, there is a locked room with a Reviver Seed. If unlocked, however, it remains unlocked for the rest of the game. A similar room can be found in the Lost Wilderness.
