Grass Whistle (Japanese: くさぶえ Grass Flute), formatted as GrassWhistle prior to Pokémon X and Y, is a non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Roselia.

Effect

Grass Whistle puts the target to sleep. Pokémon with the Ability Soundproof are not affected by this move.

Nando's Sunflora Dawn's Early Night! Debut
Snover Snover picks up a blade of grass, brings it up to its face, and blows on it. The blade of grass starts to glow green, the opponent hears the music, and it falls asleep.
