The Grass type is one of the ten TCG types. It is represented by the color green.

The Grass type contains all Grass- and Bug-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Sceptile and Beedrill are all Grass types in the TCG.

Prior to the Diamond & Pearl set, the Grass type also contained all Poison-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Muk and Weezing were Grass types in the TCG. However, Poison-type Pokémon are now Psychic type cards.
