A move called Avalanche later appeared in Generation IV of the Pokémon games. However, that move's Japanese name is not the same as the Japanese name of this card's attack, making the two different. In addition, Avalanche is an Template:Type2 move.
Origin
Selfdestruct is a move in the Pokémon games that Golem can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, though it is slightly reworded.
