Release information
This card was included in the English Rising Rivals expansion, first released in the Infernape Half Deck of the Japanese Infernape vs Gallade SP Deck Kit. A Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil print of the English card was later released in the Value Box in November 2009.

- Elite Four member Bertha owns a level 53 Gliscor in Pokémon Platinum.
- Irongrip's Japanese name is that of ViceGrip, a move in the Pokémon games; however, Gliscor cannot learn it.
