Learnset

Any Pokémon can use Gigavolt Havoc if it knows an Electric-type move, holds an Electrium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring.

Pikachu Pikachu strikes a series of synchronized poses with its Trainer to build Z-Power. It then gathers a large ball of electricity and launches it towards the target with a punch.
