Mr. Gan Gogh (Japanese: ロッホ Loch) is a character of the day in the Pokémon anime, who appeared in the episode The Light Fantastic.
He was once a traveling Trainer until he saw the Rainbow Lights, a phenomenon that happens only once every twelve years, near the ruins of the Remoraidians.
