(→‎Triva: Super effective is 2x; 2x2x2 is 8, not 6. Remember that type modifiers are multiplicative, not additive.)
(→‎Trivia: Without the mention of it being the /only/ time 8x is possible, this is no longer interesting or notable. It's just pointing out how type multipliers work. Readers can be expected to do simple math, so this is unneeded.)

* If a dual type Pokémon suffers the effect of Forest's Curse, followed by being attacked by a [[type]] that its two types as well as a weakness of the {{type|Grass}}, that Pokémon will receive 8x damage. Forest's Curse (Japanese: もりののろい Forest's Curse) is a non-damaging Grass-type move introduced in Generation VI. It is the signature move of Phantump and Trevenant.

Effect

Forest's Curse adds the Grass type to the target, in addition to the Pokémon's original type(s). If it is used against a dual-type Pokémon, that Pokémon will have three types at once. If the target already has an additional type added to it by Trick-or-Treat, that type is replaced with the Grass type.

Forest's Curse will fail if the target Pokémon is already Grass-type.

Description

Games Description
The user puts a forest curse on the target. Afflicted targets are now Grass type as well.
