Follow Hoothoot (Japanese: おしえてホーホーせんせい) is the name of a Pokémon-based e-Reader application. It is a minigame featuring Hoothoot. Four cards are required to play the Follow Hoothoot application: Hoothoot, Sunflora, Venonat and Weedle.
In Follow Hoothoot, the player has to mimic the dance moves of a Hoothoot. Hoothoot will dance by moving in various directions and the player must copy it by moving with the directional pad. The game is lost if the player gets the dance wrong five times. This game is very similar to the Clefairy Says minigame in Pokémon Stadium.
