• TM52 from Generation IV to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
• TR64 in Pokémon Sword and Shield.
• TM158 in Generation IX.

Effect

Focus Blast does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense by one stage. It does not affect Pokémon with Bulletproof.
