Felicity (Japanese: スージー Susie) is a character who appears in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. She operates the Jubilife TV Daily Lotto. In Diamond and Pearl, she allows the player to draw a lotto ticket only once. In Platinum, she allows the player to have the number read to them as many times as they wish, allowing them to obtain a new Pokémon with an ID matching the lotto ticket's.
She goes unnamed in Diamond and Pearl; her name was revealed on the TCG card Felicity's Drawing. It was also used later in Platinum version.
