This card was planned to be awarded as a Mirror Holofoil BW-P Promotional card alongside Druddigon to participants of the Pokémon World Championships 2011 Japan Representative Tournament, scheduled to be held in eleven cities across Japan beginning April 3, 2011. These events were subsequently canceled due to the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami and the card was never released. At least one copy of this card has been found.[1]
