Eliza (Japanese: アリサ Arisa) is the character of the day in I Feel Skitty!.
After coming across a sick Skitty, Ash and the group decided to take it to a Pokémon aromatherapy center led by Eliza. Of course, Brock pitched out the idea in order to meet her. Eliza didn't believe that Skitty was sick, just that it was tired. So she decided to make a special healing fragrance. The fragrance helped Skitty get its energy back.
A little while later, Team Rocket broke in to her aromatherapy center and stole many of her fragrances, as well as accidentally swiping Skitty. After they find Team Rocket's crashed balloon, Eliza calls on her Oddish to use Sweet Scent to try and lure Skitty out. She doesn't find Skitty but both Meowth and Wobbuffet get lured out. Skitty eventually shows up and decides to go with May.
