EX Holon Phantoms (Japanese: The Holon Phantom) is the name given to an Expansion of cards and Theme Decks for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. It continued to release δ Delta Species Pokémon into the TCG.

Trivia
- This set delves deeper into the area of Holon. South of the city lies an unexplored region where a mysterious lake is nestled in a dense forest. It is home to powerful Delta Species Pokémon and is a place where phantoms are said to dwell.
- EX Holon Phantoms is comprised of the cards found in the Japanese Expansion, Half Decks, various Japanese Promotional cards and the majority of cards found in the Mew Gift Tin.
- Gyarados File:Shiningsymbol.gif δ, the first Delta Species Pokémon File:Shiningsymbol.gif debuts in this set.
- In Japan, no Half Decks accompanied this set.
- The reverse-holographic design for this set is a reflective plain foil with the EX Holon Phantoms set logo.
- The secret box-topper for this set is Mew.
