Trivia

  • This episode was initially titled The Tower Inferno. Much like The Tower Of Terror, the episode wasn't banned, but the title was renamed after the September 11 attacks, as the title was reminiscent of the incident.
  • The English title of this episode is taken from the phrase "A Ghost of a Chance"
  • This episode features the Item Finder, though it is referred to as a "Treasure Detector".

Errors

Dub edits

  • The scene where Ash and co. are chasing Team Rocket with Pikachu and Togepi was edited for violence. When Ash first attempts to get both Pokémon back, Meowth scratches Ash's face. The original version showed Meowth scratching Ash's face. In the dub, the scratching was replaced with stars with a black background.

In other languages

  • French: La tour aux spectres
  • Italian: La Torre di Latta
  • Latin American Spanish: ¡Encuentro con fantasmas!
  • Spanish: Una oportunidad fantasmil
