This card was released as a BW-P Promotional card that was one of four cards given out at random starting December 25, 2012 at 7 Eleven stores in Japan to those who purchased at least four booster packs of Dragon Blast, Dragon Blade, Freeze Bolt, Cold Flare, Plasma Gale, Spiral Force, or Thunder Knuckle.
