(Japanese: シャガ Shaga) is one of the Gym Leaders of Soryu City's Gym, known officially as the Soryu Gym. He specializes in Template:Type2 Pokémon. He gives the Legend Badge to Trainers who defeat him.

In the games

Shaga will appear in Pokémon Black and White; his Gym Leader title implies that he may be the mayor of Soryu City. In Pokémon Black, he is the Gym Leader of Soryu City's gym. This gym will be the eighth to be challenged by the player.
