Release information

This card is part of the Sample Set, a small collection of cards created in order to promote the e-Reader prior to its release in Japan on December 1, 2001. This card is part of the second produced collection, consisting of 10 cards utilized during the Nintendo Space World event held on August 24-26, 2001 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba. It is not known if any of the ten cards in this collection have made their way to the public. Because the display cases at the event presented their information in both English and Japanese, one of the 10 cards, Dratini, was given an English print in order to display in the e-Reader case.

Trivia

Origin
