Dr. Kenzo (Japanese: ケンゾウ Kenzō) is a character from the Pokémon anime. He appears in the episodes A Gruff Act to Follow! and Wild in the Streets! and is seen to be the director of Oreburgh City's museum, specifically its fossil-restoration program. His Japanese voice actor is 木内秀信 Hidenobu Kiuchi and his English voice actor is Billy Regan.
The Pokémon in the museum's controlled environment may belong to him in some degree, as he is seen recalling a rampaging Armaldo, and also capturing the Aerodactyl revived when Team Rocket steals the museum's fossil-reviving machine.
