This machine allows for an extinct Pokémon to be brought back to life by utilizing DNA preserved in a Pokémon fossil. It has 5 capsules that are filled with an orange liquid called Creation Fluid. When a Pokémon Fossil is put inside the fluid, the machine extracts its data, which is analyzed in a high-power supercomputer. The result is a blueprint for the Pokémon; from this blueprint, the corporation grows a regenerated Pokémon.

Delta Episode
During the Delta Episode, after receiving Steven's call in Petalburg City, Steven will be waiting outside the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City for the player, escorting the player to Mr. Stone's office when they arrive.

Engineers on the second floor are working on developing devices that allow people to talk to Pokémon, as well as one that visually reproduces the dreams of Pokémon.
In his office, Mr. Stone tells the player about the history of the Devon Corporation and asks the player to retrieve a Meteorite Shard from Granite Cave. Throughout the Delta Episode, Mr. Stone mentions where Steven has most recently headed.

After listening to Zinnia's grandmother at Meteor Falls, Steven heads to the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City. When the player arrives there, a scientist runs out the door, running away from a Team Aqua Grunt. Ash and Ashfr visit the Devon Corporation in Stairway to Devon. In the episode, Max spills a drink onto May's PokéNav and breaks in and, feeling guilty for what he has done, goes out into Rustboro city to try and find a way to fix it.
Fortunately, Max ends up seeing Mr. Stone displaying some of his new inventions to a crowd of children. With his invention failing, the crowd of children leave, and Max and Mr. Stone discuss the broken PokéNav. Mr. Stone then suggests that Max goes to the Devon Corporation to get it fixed, before running away from his assistant - Kennedy.
Upon arriving at the Devon Corporation, Max asks whether they can fix it, but they refuse to. However, he ends up bumping into Mr. Stone again after eavesdroppuing on him receiving the knowledge that an intruder is in the building, and trying to infiltrate the company. Mr. Stone then discovers Max hiding behind a pillar eavesdropping, and he takes him up to the lab, where he gives the broken PokéNav to the scientists, and then shows Max four unfinished inventions - one that creates a visual projection of Pokémon dreams, one that allows you to speak with Pokémon, one that allows you to become a Pokémon, and a machine that makes Pokémon using fossils and creation fluid.
Max then asks Mr. Stone if Ash, May and Brock can come and visit the company and he sends Kennedy out to fetch them.
Mr. Stone notices an intruder in the lab, and then starts following him with Max, claiming that he knows everyone in the building but does not recognise the intruder.
Ash, May and Brock then arrive, and talk with Kennedy about Mr. Stone's son, Steven. It is then announced that some of the creation fluid is missing.
Meanwhile, Jessie, James and Meowth dress up in lab coats and try to enter the company, claiming that they are employees, but after some interrogation from Officer Jenny, they leave.
After following the intruder for some time, Max trips over, and the intruder starts running. Although Max feels bad about startling the intruder, Mr. Stone says that he has confessed that he's not supposed to be in the building. They start running after him. Mr. Stone then calls Kennedy, meaning that Ash, May, Brock and Kennedy go up to the rooftop.
After persuing the intruder for some time, Mr. Stone, Max and the intruder all end up on the rooftop as well.
The intruder and Ash then start battling with the intruder using Crawdaunt and Ash using Pikachu. Team Rocket then come up to the rooftop as well, and, after saying their motto, Officer Jenny comes up to the rooftop as well.
After a short battle, the intruder then recalls his Crawdaunt and opens a box with a rocket in that was planted there beforehand, and he starts flying away.
Team Rocket then jump up trying to steal the Creation Fluid, claiming that the intruder has 'something they want'. With a thunderbolt from Pikachu, Team Rocket blast off, and drop the Creation Fluid, which Max then catches. The intruder manages to get away. Officer Jenny speculates that the intruder was from Team Aqua, due to the fact that he was using a Crawdaunt. Officer Jenny then explains that there are two evil organizations in the Hoenn region: Team Aqua and Team Magma.
Later on, Ash, Max, May, Brock and Mr. Stone eat together, where they talk about Steven being in Dewford Island (where they are planning to go), and that they should ask for him should there be a problem. May then asks for her PokéNav, and Max panics. However, Mr.Stone passes May's fixed PokéNav to Max under the table, where he excitedly hands it to May, and Max thanks Mr. Stone for fixing it.

The Devon Corporation serves similar purposes in Pokémon Adventures. The "Devon Goods" was actually a metal tube that allowed Captain Stern's submarine to withstand the pressure of deeper sea water. The letter to Steven contained the then-undeciphered code required to unlock the legendary golems in case Kyogre and Groudon clashed with each other again. Sapphire was instructed to deliver this letter but only managed to do so when Kyogre and Groudon did clash, and she was saved temporarily from the burst of energy by Steven.

In the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, the corporation developed the Dimensional Shifter, a warp device that would divert a giant meteor from colliding with the planet (as forecast by Professor Cozmo and his assistants). It would be powered by an absorbing device similar to the one used by Team Flare in the X & Y. The corporation later received a warning letter from the Draconid people, and took action by enlisting Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald to fight them. Ruby found out more about the threat through the memory lighter that Courtney gave him, and decided to put matters into his own hands. Eventually, due to Ruby's prolonged absence, Mr. Stone decided that the corporation's top-secret plan would go ahead with just Emerald's Sceptile and Sapphire's Blaziken, Chic.

Devon Corporation (Japanese: デボンコーポレーション Devon Corporation) is a large company that is based in Rustboro City in Hoenn. Most of the locals just shorten the name to "Devon". It was a small company many years ago, but has grown by leaps and bounds, and even rivals Kanto's Silph Co. The Devon Corporation is headquartered in a large stone building in the northern section of town.

Devon makes many useful products, most of which are geared towards Pokémon training. The company is responsible for creating the new types of Poké Balls found in Hoenn.

The Devon Corporation also developed a process to revive Pokémon from Fossils. It is unknown if this process was developed independently from the Cinnabar Island and Sinnoh region research laboratories.

The current president of the Devon Corporation is Mr. Stone.

The amazing Pokémon Producer machine

This machine allows an extinct Pokémon to be brought back to life from DNA preserved in a Pokémon Fossil. It has five capsules that are filled with an orange liquid called Creation Fluid. When a Pokémon Fossil is placed inside the fluid, the machine extracts its data, which is analyzed by a high-powered supercomputer. The result is a blueprint for the Pokémon; from this blueprint, the corporation grows a regenerated Pokémon.

The player can bring Fossils to a scientist located on the second floor to get them restored. Engineers on the second floor are working on developing devices that allow people to talk to Pokémon, as well as one that visually reproduces the dreams of Pokémon; in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, this scientist mentions that his rival who lives far away is working on a similar project.

According to a Scientist in the Team Magma HideoutOR/Team Aqua HideoutAS, TabithaOR/ShellyAS used to work for Devon Corporation.

The Devon Corporation was previously run by Mr. Stone's grandfather, who decided to use the Infinity Energy of the ultimate weapon in order to help people and Pokémon. The Devon Parts were parts for a submarine that would allow it to be powered by Infinity Energy. The rockets launched from the Mossdeep Space Center use Infinity Energy through Devon technology, as well.

In return for accepting these favors, Mr. Stone presents the player with a PokéNav, or in Generation VI a Buzz Nav enhancement for the player's PokéNav Plus. In Generation III only, after delivering the Letter, the player will also receive an Exp. Share upon speaking to Mr. Stone again. Additionally, the researcher will stand outside of Rusturf Tunnel and give the player a Repeat Ball after delivering the Devon Goods/Devon Parts.

In Pokémon Emerald, a researcher will install the Match Call feature onto the player's PokéNav when exiting the building after talking to Mr. Stone for the first time. The player will then be prompted to call Mr. Stone who explains the feature in brief detail and claims that the player seems quite happy as he is watching from a window in his 3F office.

In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, bringing the Intriguing Stone to Mr. Stone will reveal that it is really Pidgeotite, which the player will then receive.

Delta Episode

During the Delta Episode, after receiving Steven's call in Petalburg City, Steven will be waiting outside the Devon Corporation building in Rustboro City for the player, escorting the player to Mr. Stone's office when they arrive.

The Devon Corporation serves similar purposes in Pokémon Adventures as in the games. The "Devon Goods" was actually a metal tube that allowed Captain Stern's submarine to withstand the pressure of deeper sea water. Mr. Stone was ambushed by Team Aqua while heading to Slateport from Rustboro, and the metal tube was stolen.

In the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire arc, the corporation developed the Dimensional Shifter, a warp device that would divert a giant meteor from colliding with the planet (as forecast by Professor Cozmo and his assistants). It would be powered by an absorbing device similar to the one used by Team Flare in the X & Y arc.
