In Japan, it was reprinted as a Non-Holofoil card in the Pokémon Web expansion. It was also reprinted in the English Legendary Collection as a Holofoil card, and included in the Turmoil Theme Deck as an exclusive Non-Holofoil card.

Trivia

Although this Pokémon is level 28, Wartortle does not evolve into Blastoise until level 36. This is perhaps a reference to Team Rocket's attempt at using sound waves to force evolution in the video games.

Origin

Hydro Cannon is a move later introduced in the Generation III Pokémon games that Blastoise can learn. The Japanese name of Hydro Cannon is spelled ハイドロキャノン rather than ハイドロカノン as in the video games.
