Fern or DJ Fern is the host of the radio show Pokémusic.
In Generation II, Fern lives in Kanto, hosting a radio show at the Radio Tower called Let's All Sing, which is on channel 18.5. In Pokémon Crystal, the EXPN Card is required to listen to him at the Kanto station.
