Tetsu (Japanese: テツ Tetsu) is a mysterious male who left his Xtransceiver ('わすれもの' 'Lost property') in Nimbasa City.

In Black2 White2

The female protagonist first encounter this young man when she pick up the lost property and call its owner. A male voice identify himself as "Tetsu" hasty thanks the protagonist before being called to work by his seniors.

After exchanging several phone calls, Tetsu reviews that his work involves traveling to Kanto, Hoenn and Shnnoh from time to time.

One day, Tetsu informs the protagonist that he is finally free from work and would like to retrieve his Xtranciver back in Nimbasa city.

Our heroes exchange their numbers and calling each other from time to time, until one day a familiar looking young man with a mic appear on the telephone screen......

In the game

You can call Tetsu every other day at Nimbasa City. You may also receive calls at specific locations around Unova.

Your relation with Tetsu increase as you call/receive calls.

At the 10th call, you may return the lost property to Tetsu.

At the 30th call, you may join Tetsu in a ride and Tetsu's cheek will grow red.

At the 50th call, you review's Tetsu's occupation and Tetsu will start trading pokemons with Hidden ability with you.

Tetsu also appear on in game televisions shows as テンマ (Tenma).

Trivia

Tetsu's screen name テンマ sounds like "sky" + "horse" and while Ruri's screen name ラッコ has the same pronunciation as otter in Japanese.
