In Japan, this card was released as a promotional card. It was available as part of the Toys "R" Us Pokémon DE Bingo Campaign, in which customers at participating stores could obtain bingo cards from the Toys "R" Us 'Big Toy Book'. Two lines awarded this card; three lines awarded a Chimchar coin; four lines awarded a Darkrai figurine; a full house (all five lines) awarded a gift certificate. The card was later reprinted in Japan and was included in the Regigigas LV.X Collection Pack in April 2009.
