A Cowgirl (Japanese: カウガール Cowgirl) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation IV games. They are depicted as young women in cowgirl outfits. Most are found near Solaceon Town.

Cowgirls are the female counterparts of Ranchers. When paired with Ranchers in Double Battles, they are called Belle & Pas.

They use a variety of Pokémon.
