Cloud Nine (Japanese: ノーてんき No Weather) is an ability introduced in Generation III. Only 2 Pokémon have this ability, both of the same evolutionary line.
Effect
In battle
Cloud Nine prevents all weather effects.
Generation V
When a Pokémon with Cloud Nine is brought out, the message "<name> has Cloud Nine!" will be displayed.
Outside of battle
Cloud Nine has no effect outside of battle.
