Yusaku
(Japanese: ユサク Yusaku) is a one-time character who appeared in DP117. He is voiced by 金野潤 Jun Konno in Japanese.
He was an underclassman at the Team Rocket Academy during the time Jessie and James were attending. He struggled with training and was invited for ramen by Jessie and James to cheer him up. Yusaku was inspired by the kind gesture and decided to open up a ramen shop bearing the names of Jessie and James.
