Sets
The Charizard figure is included in the Flamethrower one-player starter set and the Battle Starter two-player starter set. It is also one of four Pokémon figures with a chance of being included in the 2008 Spring Collector's Tins.
Trivia
As one of the first figures from Next Quest to be showcased approaching the set's launch, the official Pokémon TFG site added this description on using the Charizard figure: "Charizard might not move around the board too quickly with only 1 MP, but its Fire Spin attack makes it a tough Pokémon to beat! Each time Charizard gets Fire Spin, you keep spinning: 50, 100, 150, 200... there's no limit on how much damage Charizard can do."
Origin
Fire Spin and Iron Tail are both moves in the Pokémon games that Charizard can learn, the latter via TM.
