Cassandra: Difference between revisions

Cassandra and her grandmother owned a medicine shop in [[Mossgreen Village]]. When {{Ash}} and his friends met up with her, she was trying to get her {{p|Paras}} to [[Evolution|evolve]], because she needed {{p|Parasect}}'s mushroom to make a specific type of medicine. In an attempt to help her Paras evolve, Ash battled with it using his {{AP|Pikachu}}, {{AP|Squirtle}} and [[Ash's Charizard|Charmeleon]]. However, all he did was end up scaring it off.

{{trainerpkmn|note=h|main=yes|Cassandra|Parasect|{{bug color}}||Parasect is one of Cassandra's Pokémon. Cassandra was trying to evolve it so that she can get its mushroom to make a specific type of medicine to raise a Pokémon's defense power, attack power concentration, determination, and also make one smarter. When it was a Paras, it was very timid and ran off when Pikachu approached. It was also not very confident in its own abilities and very weak, getting defeated easily by a very weak version  of {{m|Thunder Shock}} and {{m|Water Gun}}. When Charmeleon attacked it with a very strong {{m|Flamethrower}}, it ran away and Ash, Misty, Brock, and Cassandra had to go look for it. Meowth found it before they did and helped train it, persuading Jessie and James to lend him Arbok and Weezing because losing battles is their specialty. They raised its confidence by tricking it into thinking that it defeated them, however, in actuality, Meowth defeated them. Meowth then faces it and fakes being defeated by it. The group then finds Paras and discovers that it's acting different. Paras challenges Pikachu to another battle, this time winning. Charmeleon then battles with Paras again, this time looking like it is losing, and Team Rocket tries to cheer it up. Surprisingly, Paras wins the battle by jabbing Charmeleon in the stomach, resulting in it evolving into Parasect.
