(Japanese: カクト Cacto) is a character of the day in BW132. He is the father of Holly.

When the valley he lived at on Ōkina Island became a dry land with no vegetation, he became very depressed and left his wife Lotus and his daughter Holly. He returned however, when Holly was faced with a weak Jirachi. He instructed her to put it at its resting place so it could heal. When it did, as well as restoring the valley, he reunited with his wife and daughter.
