(Japanese: カクト Cacto) is a character of the day in BW132. He is the father of Holly.
When the valley he lived at on Big Island became a dry land with no vegetation, he became very depressed and left his wife Lotus and his daughter Holly. He returned however, when Holly was faced with a weak Jirachi. He instructed her to put it at its resting place so it could heal. When it did, as well as restore the valley, he reunited with his family.
