Keane (Japanese: カーツ Kurtz), along with Karen, Will, Green, Silver, and Chermaine, is one of the children kidnapped by the Masked Man and raised to be his servants. Keane was one of the sub-leaders of the new Team Rocket formed in Johto.

He appears to be based off of the original Rocket Executives class from Generation II.

History

Keane debuted The Mightiest Ho-Oh with Chermaine attacking the Team Rocket Elite Trio. While doing so, his superior, the Masked Man, came and took the two executives away, telling them that he needed them to rebuild Team Rocket.

He appeared once more in Stop Snoring, Slowking. He faced Gold and Crystal alongside Chermaine as to buy time for the Masked Man to get to Ho-Oh and for the rest of Team Rocket to get to the Indigo Plateau. Fortunately, they were swiftly beaten by the duo and haven't appeared yet to date, save several flashbacks and memories of Green and Silver's childhood captivity under the Masked Man.
