I added the rest of them, to the best of my knowledge and Wikipedia's, but now the question is whether we want categories. I'll let the admins decide and just do that. Currently, the red links make it pretty ugly, but we can either just bold them or link them. I added the rest of them, to the best of my knowledge and Wikipedia's, but now the question is whether we want categories. I'll let the admins decide and just do that.
