Project TCGdex

Scope and aims

Project TCGDex covers all entries and articles about every Pokémon cards, Trainer cards and Energy Cards from the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Its goal is to produce the most comprehensive database on all Pokémon Trading Card, from basic information on to the most technical aspects possible.

As often as you like during your turn (before you attack), you may attach 1 12.5px Energy card to 1 of your 12.5px Pokémon. (This power doesn't use up your 1 Energy card attachment for the turn.) This can't be used if Blastoise is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.

Does 40 damage plus 10 more for each 12.5px Energy attached to Blastoise but not used to pay for this attack's Energy cost. Extra 12.5px Energy after the 2nd doesn't count.
