"" Pokemon Species Leaf Green Mistake ""

Greetings, admins of Bulbapedia. I have a problem: in the Fire Red pokedex Pidgey is a "Tiny Bird" Pokemon; and in Leaf Green it is a "Tiny Pokemon" only. My request is that you investigate the reason of this, because it confuses the players and makes them doubt about the legality of their games. Actually, there's a discussion about this and the example is a picture that you uploaded. Here is the link for reference: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Talk:Species

I hope you include this explanation in your pokedex or FR/LG article, at least in the trivia; OR givexplain me personnaly by e-mail.

Thank you for reading my request.

Thanks for your concern, Victor, and thanks for being the first person to ever use this process! Investigation has revealed that indeed the species names are different, however a cause is not yet known. My guess would be that a bit of data in LG was missed out. This has been added to the trivia on Pidgey's page, and I am about to make a note on the species page as well, if it isn't there. —darklordtrom 23:23, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
