BubbleBeam (Japanese: バブルこうせん Bubble Beam) is a damage-dealing Water-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM11 in Generation I.
BubbleBeam does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering the target's speed by one stage.
In Stadium, BubbleBeam has a 30% chance of lowering the target's Speed.
