Release information
This card was released in the Gym Heroes expansion with artwork by Ken Sugimori. In Japan, it was first released as a promotional card with different artwork by Ken Sugimori distributed alongside Misty's Staryu in the March 1998 issue of CoroCoro comic. It was later included in the Nivi City Gym theme deck and Leaders' Stadium expansion with the artwork used on the English print.
