Brock's Ninetales (Japanese: タケシのキュウコン Takeshi's Kyukon) is a Fire-type Stage 1 Pokémon card. It is part of the Gym Challenge expansion.

Trivia
The original Japanese version of the card initially allowed Brock's Ninetales to use the Pokémon Powers of the card that was attached to it via Shapeshift. This was later errata'd in Japan, and the errata was included in foreign releases of the card. The Shapeshift power was still a rulings nightmare, similar to Ditto, despite the errata.
Origin
Will-o'-the-wisp is essentially Will-O-Wisp, a move later introduced in the Generation III Pokémon games that Ninetales can learn via TM61.
